Joe Sum

Joe Sum, P.E., is the founder and President of Sum Service. A professional engineer by trade, he had a successful management career at Armco and other leading US manufacturers. He designed, consulted, and managed over 200 industrial and municipal projects including Water & Wastewater Treatment, Energy Management, Robotics, and numerous Predictive and Preventative Maintenance Projects. Joe frequently travels to our offices in China to meet with Sum Service's various Chinese manufacturing partners while coordinating specifications and verifying the Quality output required by our customers.
